Does anyone actually know what's involved when you book a battery change at your location?

Genuine question because I've been putting this off for weeks now. My car's been struggling to start in the mornings and a mechanic friend told me the battery's probably on its last legs, but I keep overthinking whether it's worth booking someone to come out versus just driving it to a workshop before it fully dies on me. I came across dubaicarbattery.ae while looking into options and they seem to offer a car battery change service that comes to you, which sounds convenient but I'm curious how the whole process actually works. Like do they test the old battery first to confirm that's actually the issue, or do they just swap it out regardless? And what happens with the old one, do they take it away or is that left with you? I'm also not sure if my car needs anything reset after a battery swap because I've heard some newer models with all the electronics can get a bit weird afterwards. Anyone who's actually used a mobile service in Dubai for this, I'd really appreciate knowing what to expect before I commit to booking something.
