This is a children’s theatre company, but you would assume that it was run by children, given some of the unprofessionalism that is shown. The adults have “favorites,” and you feel outcasted if you aren’t one of them. The adults will gossip and bully the children they don’t like and have made transphobic comments. It is not a safe environment if you struggle with any disability they do not see as valid. They used to be such a caring company, but things have changed with the years, and competition and awards matter a lot more to them than the well-being of their students/actors.
