Step 1: Install Thunderbird

Download and install Mozilla Thunderbird on your system.

Step 2: Add ImportExportTools NG Add-on

Open Thunderbird
Go to Tools > Add-ons and Themes
Search for ImportExportTools NG
Install the add-on and restart Thunderbird

Step 3: Import the MBOX File

Right-click on Local Folders
